Warranty Details
GENERAL
Our watches come standard with a 24-months, transferable warranty (i.e. if you sell the watch before the warranty expires, the new owner will still be able to benefit from it) from the date of purchase on all GEODAWN watches. It covers all major components of the watch, i.e. case, bracelet, dial, hands,bezel, movement etc.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Wear, tear and aging (e.g., scratches, changes of color of materials, leather, nylon, and rubber)
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, handling or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.) such as exposure to excessive vibrations or force and disregard for the provided instructions
- Damages caused by accidents
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repairs or modifications/alterations
- Water penetration caused by improper use
ACCESS
In case you need to access your warranty, please contact GEODAWN customer support. We will respond within 48 hours on business days (latest) and advice on how to proceed.
Make sure you have your email-address and the your warranty card with your watch registration ID ready. Your watch was registered under that ID. It helps us to identify your watch and your purchase. HOROLOGY
All our chronometers meet the highest standards in terms of materials, accuracy, durability and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. In addition, we offer a two-year guarantee to ensure your purchase is 100% risk-free.
