SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free. We do not charge any fees.
All orders are shipped from Germany directly to your address.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. GEODAWN ships to 220 countries including most destinations in Europe, North, South and Central America, Asia, Switzerland, Great Britain, Russia, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Oceania.

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?
The average arrival time is 3 to 6 business days.
Your order will generally ship within 24-48 hours on business days. The delivery can, however, take up to 5-14 working days depending on your location. Please allow an extra 5 days during the festive period/peak season.
Be advised that customs delays are out of our control.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
DO I NEED TO PAY VAT OR DUTIES?
There are no additional costs for orders shipped within Europe, as all fees and VAT are included in the quoted price.
Orders shipped to countries outside Europe may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.
These charges are not levied by us, but depend on the customs regulations of your country. They are usually charged by the courier service upon delivery of your watch.
IS MY ORDER INSURED?
Yes. All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage from our warehouse to the shipping address while in transit.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS?
If you wish to change the delivery address or the delivery date, you as the recipient will have to contact the courier service directly. Please note that not all courier services allow changes to the delivery address.

WHY DO SOME WATCHES HAVE A WAITING LIST?
We are a small company, selling handmade watches in very limited quantities.
As a rule, we make sure that our stock does not fall below five pieces per watch. However, it can happen that popular models are sold out before production can replenish inventory. If a watch is currently out of stock, the store page will clearly say so and indicate when it will be available again. In this case, you have the option of entering a waiting list by pre-ordering your desired model.
We are very transparent in this process and will update your order status as soon as we ship the watch. Until then, you can cancel your order at any time and get your money back if you change your mind.

WHY CAN'T I FIND THE WATCH I'M LOOKING FOR?
If the watch you are looking for is not listed in our online catalog, it may be that it is no longer in production or that it is a limited edition that was only offered for sale in limited quantities and for a limited time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR PRE-ORDER?
You can cancel your order until we ship it. We will update your order status and send you the tracking information as soon as we ship the watch. Until then, you can cancel your order at any time and get your money back if you change your mind. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal.
